Joining Gaikai in Pioneering Cloud-Based Game Streaming Across the Web
Los Angeles, USA. 2nd June 2011. Gaikai, Inc., the innovative cloud-based game streaming service, today launched its Affiliate Network by going live on award-winning site ‘The Escapist.’
Beginning today, ‘The Escapist’ will utilize the power of Gaikai’s Open Cloud platform to stream demos like Electronic Arts’ ‘Dead Space 2’ and ‘Mass Effect 2’ to their audience. Throughout the rest of the year, major video game publishers will make their latest games available in the Gaikai Affiliate Network.

This allows affiliate sites to quickly and easily expand their advertising inventory, while creating an entirely new revenue stream.
To join the Gaikai Affiliate Network, candidates can visit www.gaikai.com/affiliates and complete a short form. Registrants who meet the required criteria will receive a simple javascript code and privacy policy snippet to embed in their website. No other website modifications are required. Benefits of the program will include access to an analytics dashboard that will let Gaikai Affiliates filter the type of game content they would like to appear on their sites.
